I can't believe she's 3 already! Where does the time go? It was a pretty quiet family birthday. We went to Pirate Island pizza on Saturday night. She was scared to go inside but once we got in, it was all about the games. The funny part is she could care less about actually playing the game, she just wants to pull the tickets as the machine spits them out. 
She loved it when the Pirate Island crew came to sing. She was clapping right along and was all smiles.
Sunday night we did cake and ice cream after dinner. I thought she was so cute blowing out the candles! When I asked her what kind of cake she wanted she said "BLUE" so that's what I made. I was suprised because she loves chocolate so much (don't we all!), but she stuck to her guns and wanted blue. It was YUMMY! I'm not sure why Walmart had peppermint ice cream in but it is definately a Johnson family favorite!
Kayla starts just about everyday with the comment, "I be nice to Jacyn." She loves Jacyn. The problem is she is never very nice. It was fun that the Drown's could come and join us for cake and ice cream. We tried to get a cute shot of them hugging like buddies but I'm sure Jacyn was worried about what Kayla was going to do to her! Jacyn loved the cake!
No birthday would be complete without a tiarra and purse. Kayla got the tiarra, earrings and shoes from Nic and Carly. She has worn them all day long every day since. I loved that she had 6 purses on too. She does seem to love the little pink purse we gave her for her birthday, she had picked it out at Cracker Barrel so I had Curtis bring it home later. I am just thankful she is carrying it sometimes instead of that awful green purse. Silly Girl!
